Earlier this week the Janet Gust Design Group was featured on the ubiquitous design website Houzz. Our Eclectic West U project was featured as their Room of the Dayon Wednesday, December 3rd. We just love this client and how the final project turned out. We cannot wait to do their kitchen next! Stay tuned for that.

Location: West University neighborhood ofHouston
Size: 875square feet (81 square meters)This iconic Womb Chair by Eero Saarinen was the first thing Gust’s clients fell in love with, so she designed around it. The color, Cayenne, inspired punches of primary colors elsewhere. “The way we use midcentury modern pieces is more evolved today,” Gust says. “They can really be incorporated into a mix of styles.”
