Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any problems with your order, and/or your returns must be sent back with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. This is a number Janet Gust Design Group and ONLY Janet Gust Design Group will issue to authorize your return. In order to obtain your RMA number – you must first contact Janet Gust Design Group to explain your situation and get approved for your return. Whether it is returning a brand new item, or a defective item – you must contact Janet Gust Design Group staff to obtain your RMA.
Returns: Items being returned to Janet Gust Design Group may be subject to a restocking fee. In order to best serve you, it is important to contact Janet Gust Design Group and obtain the details of your return request to best provide you the answers to your request. Lastly as mentioned above, you must obtain an RMA number for your return. This ensures that your product, upon arrival, can be identified and process for return quickly and efficiently.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, contact us immediately. We will work with you to determine the best plan of action. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, American Wheel & Tire will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that returned product not be damaged, missing components, or manufacturer’s documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate restocking charge. Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted. Please test fit your wheels for caliper clearance BEFORE mounting tires on them.
Are you missing anything from your Janet Gust Design Group order?
To ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible, not every item from your order may arrive in the same shipment or on the same day. Tracking numbers are issued for all orders. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact our sales staff to obtain your tracking information.
If you’re sure that all shipments have arrived and you’re still missing items from your order, please contact our sales staff immediately.
Janet Gust Design Group shipment damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged please notify Janet Gust Design Group Staff immediately. We encourage you to inspect your delivery of shipment before signing whenever possible. We will work with you and the shipper to resolve these issues quickly.
